SHIPPING POLICY

At Zavylle, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently across the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. All orders are carefully processed, packaged, and dispatched from our UK facility to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

UK Shipping Methods & Rates:

  • Standard UK Delivery (3–5 Working Days): Free on orders over £50 (or £3.99 for orders under £50).

  • Express UK Delivery (1–2 Working Days): £6.99 (Orders placed before 2 PM GMT, Monday to Thursday, will be dispatched the same day).

  • International Shipping: Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout depending on the destination country.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation email with a link to follow your parcel’s journey. Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout, as Zavylle cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery due to incorrect address information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchases from Zavylle. However, if you are not entirely satisfied or have simply changed your mind, we offer a straightforward, hassle-free 14-day return and exchange policy in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Contact our customer service team at support@zavylle.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange authorization.

  2. Prepare Your Parcel: Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached.

  3. Dispatch Your Package: Carefully pack your items and send them to our UK returns address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds & Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
